The pdfs are set to print 2-up, saddle-stitch. Open the Adobe document and select Print. Open your printer Properties window, and set your paper Orientation on landscape. Go to page layout tab and set it to double-sided printing only. Follow your printer instructions. My Epson home printer has me turn the sheets over and re-insert them pointed in the same direction.
